Your bid cannot be withdrawn and is only due if you are among the top bidders at the end of the application period, pass all quality checks and are thus selected for the shortlist.

If your application is not selected for the shortlist, your bid will be credited back to your bidder balance after the request for proposal is closed. A completed request receives the status “Completed”.

You should keep an eye on this table until the application deadline to adjust your bid in time if necessary.

During the application phase, you can increase your bid.

In the case of bids of the same amount, the provider who submitted the bid first will be ranked higher.

If your application is nominated for the shortlist after the application deadline, you will receive 2 working days to upload your offer document for the client.
