Despite our best efforts and actions to the best of our knowledge and belief, to introduce new procedures with clients and background checks, unfortunately, we cannot completely rule out the issue of “ghosting”.

If it should occur that a client demonstrably does not respond to your contact attempts, either by email or by phone, your bid will be credited back to your bidder balance.

To avoid misunderstandings, we would like to define the term “ghosting” more precisely: This refers to a client who does not respond within two weeks of the third contact attempt on your part. Please note that all attempts to reach the client must take place within two weeks of receiving the contact details.

Please remember to put Feedbax (customer-success@feedbax.de) in CC for all communication with customers. This enables us to provide you and the customers with optimal support throughout the entire process and to ensure a smooth process.
