Your company is visible in the directories for logged-in clients, regardless of whether you have booked a subscription or not. For users who are not logged in, companies without a subscription are only displayed if they are among the top 12 providers in the respective directory.

Since paying customers are always listed above non-paying companies, it may happen that your company is not visible to non-logged-in clients if at least 12 paying subscribers are already represented in a directory.
