Please note that the default sorting in our directories (verified first) uses the booked plan first and then the Feedbax score. This means that a Premium profile will still be ranked below an Enterprise profile despite having a higher Feedbax score.

The “Feedbax Score” sorting, which forms the basis for qualification for our awards, is based solely on the Feedbax Score without taking the subscription status into account.

Within the respective subscription group, profiles are sorted by Feedbax Score.
